Shipping and Handling
We will ship your in-stock order within 2 - 3 business days via US Parcel Post. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. For orders placed during a weekend or holiday we try our best to ship on the next business day. If you require speedier delivery, please contact us at (207) 443-5858. Additional charges may apply for rush shipment.
Items may be shipped to an address different from your billing address by selecting Change Address on the Delivery Information page during Checkout.
Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at Arrowsic Island Pottery may be returned for store credit (the credit will be added to your Gift Voucher Account) for any reason within 14 days of delivery as long as the item(s) returned is(are) in original condition. All returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt.
We guarantee the integrity of our work with normal use and handling. If an item fails during normal use … or if it’s broken during shipping, we’ll be happy to replace it (at no additional expense to you) or reimburse your expense. If you’re returning a failed or broken item, you must contact us at (207) 443-5858 before returning the merchandise. Refunds will be given in the same tender as the original purchase.
